The California Triple Crown Awards Breakfast will be held on Sunday September 24, 2023 from 7:30 A.M. to about 10:00 A.M.
In order to attend, you need to reserve your seat for the Awards Breakfast.

The Breakfast will be held indoors at a new location this year, the Back Bay Conference Center in Irvine which is described HERE
with a map HERE. It is just a one mile from the Start / Finish of the Beach City Double from the day before.
Please wear your favorite California Triple Crown Jersey or Double Century Event Jersey and stay to the end to be in the photos and congratulate the Hall of Famers.
Be sure to come and recognize those who will be inducted into the California Triple Crown Hall of Fame this year!!
The California Triple Crown Hall of Fame was started in June of 1999 to recognize those who have accomplished a significant milestone in the Double Century Series by riding
over 10,000 Miles or over 50 Double Centuries!!
There will be special awards given to those riders who complete 100, 150, and 200 Double Centuries as well.
There will be some surprises that you won't want to miss.

If you're already in the Hall of Fame, please attend this Breakfast so you can welcome the new Hall of Famers into this elite group.
Because of the COVID pandemic, we couldn't safely have an Awards Breakfast in 2020 or 2021 so we have some catching up to do which we'll do this year and next.
We will also recognize those riders who have completed their first California Triple Crown and their 25th, 75th, 125th, and 175th Double Century this year.
The food for the California Triple Crown Awards Breakfast will be catered this year. Food service will start at 7:45 and will consist of:
Chilled Orange Juice
Coffee
Fluffy Scrambled Eggs
Crisp Bacon or Sausage Links
Country-Style Potatoes
Assorted Pastries and Muffins with Butter
From 2001 to 2018, the California Triple Crown Awards Breakfast was made possible by the incredibly hard work of Lynn Katano, Eric Smith, Scott Halversen, and the Quackcyclists.
It was held the day after the Knoxville Fall Classic Double. Unfortunately, Scott will not be able to attend the Breakfast this year because he has moved to Utah. We will greatly miss working with Scott for sure.
He has spoiled the California Triple Crown for each one of those 18 years by basically going full gas with very little sleep for 48 hours to make the Knoxville Double so excellent
then making the Awards Breakfast so excellent as well. Thank you, Scott.
Everyone is welcome - bring family and friends. It's a great chance to hear stories and recognize some truly extraordinary riders. Come help celebrate their special achievements.
Directions: From I-405 Southbound, take the Culver Exit and turn right onto Culver. Continue on Culver for .2 Miles and turn right onto Michelson Drive.
Continue on Michelson Drive for .5 Miles and turn right into the parking lot for Irvine Lanes. The Back Bay Conference Center entrance is on the side of Irvine Lanes.
There is plenty of free parking. Our conference room will be up on the second floor.
